Hexta Engage is built for ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2 Type II, DPDP, and TRAI commercial-communication rules.
Outbound lists are scrubbed against the TRAI DND registry and against exclusion lists you upload. Promotional calling uses registered headers and approved templates. A 9:30 to 8:30 calling window is enforced in the platform.
Consent, retention, and PII masking sit in the pipeline. Optimisation cannot rewrite compliance language, pricing guardrails, or agent identity.
