Hexta Engage processes lead and call data for the customer that engaged us. The customer decides the purpose. We do not sell personal data.

Call audio, transcripts, and CRM fields stay in the region agreed in the contract. India residency is the default. On-premise and private cloud are available when the workflow cannot leave your boundary.
